Hello, I'm
BracketBot. I have automatically detected that
your edit to
Bronislaw Urbański may have broken the
syntax by modifying 1 "()"s and 1 "{}"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry: just
edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on
my operator's talk page.
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot ( talk) 18:02, 13 October 2014 (UTC)
I can't find a source for your edit. Please try to source your material and use WP:Edit summaries. Thanks. Dougweller ( talk) 17:20, 24 November 2014 (UTC)
Hello, I'm
115ash. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of
your recent contributions —the one you made with
this edit to
Walter de Riddlesford— because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on
my talk page. Thanks.

Thanks for noticing. I needed to find the reference to cite for this interesting connection between the families. The marriage adds additional context to the reasons the families made the alliances they did. 24.11.170.191 ( talk) 23:51, 8 January 2015 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did to
York, without citing a
reliable source. Please review the guidelines at
Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you.

York is not a typical ancient borough. If you had taken the time to go to the link, you would note that York had obtained an entire wapentake in the 1400s, and that there are a multitude of references cited there. The growth of York and the changes in its government did not happen simply through the municipal reform act in the 1800s. An encyclopedia's main purpose is to direct the reader to additional information, not to gloss over critical events. York's historic growth includes the absorption of Ainsty, a process that took over two hundred years to implement. I do not mind if your improve the sentence and link I wrote. So put it back and do something constructive rather than destructive. 24.11.170.191 ( talk) 23:40, 8 January 2015 (UTC)

Mmmm... Baklava. Why did you need to make a non-constructive edit to the article Robert de Vere, 6th Earl of Oxford, when something as great as Baklava exists! Please don't do it again. EDIT: Although not vandalism, your edit shows that you didn't use the preview button. The preview button can be very useful. k_scheik ( talk) 16:45, 5 February 2015 (UTC) |
Hello, and thank you for your recent contribution. I appreciate the effort you made for our project, but unfortunately I had to undo your edit because I believe the article was better before you made that change. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions. Thank you! — |
