Hello! I'm an original Brit and a long time Wikipedia fan.
I grew up in Birmingham, but currently live in London. I have also had the pleasure of living in Aberystwyth, Zakynthos, Rethymno and Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
I began editing and creating Wikipedia articles at the tender age of 17, 15 years ago now! How time has flown...I have thus far mainly created minor pages or edit things slightly. However I am currently aspiring to contribute much more and to write some quality history for the benefit of the greatest open source encyclopedia in existence.
My first major edit was to the Confederate states of America.The first page I created was 2007 in Australia on 31st of December 2006. My proudest creations so far have been the Austrian colonial empire and the major improvements too Seleucus II. I'm hoping to contribute more this year as time and interest allows.
My areas of interest and expertise include British and European politics, all history, but particularly Europe and West/Central Asia, ancient, medieval and modern, as well we sea turtles, international relations and languages.
I love to travel, debate, learn, discover and read. I currently work in international politics but also write in whatever free time between traveling and planning my wedding.
