Hey, guys, Sean here. I thought it would be a good idea to hold the limo vote here instead of over email, so it's all in one place, accessible to everyone. You have to deal with some easy wikimarkup however. Here's how you vote:

  1. Scroll all the way down to "templates," highlight the template that reflects your opinion (Yes, Neutral, or No), and copy
  2. Go up to the top of the page and click on the "edit this page" tab
  3. In the edit box, scroll down to where it says to "place your vote." Paste the template, adding any personal comments you may have.
  4. Sign your name, and then "~~~~."
  5. That's it, you're done! I have voted myself below.

Vote here Information

  • No: I personally don't see any need to spend any extra money on limos, but I won't really would mind if we do it. Sean Salamon. SeanMD80 talk | contribs 21:59, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
  • Neutral: Don't drive, think it would be cool, but money. So I'm being a wimp and leaving it up to you people. Also, Sean, you would have a Wikipedia account. Emily
    • No: Changing my vote in light of new information provided by Mofo dearest below, because with limos it'd be $150 minimum to go to prom, minus attire. Emily
  • Yes: i think it would be cool, but only if we all did it. Vicky Morgan
  • No: No point- Jon Ciriello
  • Yes: it would be freakin' awesome and a memorable part of our prom experience. Victoria Lee.
  • Yes: I was on the fence about this before and then Marco sent me an emailsaying "I think will be so much fun!!! I am pro the limo idea!!! i can do this only once!!! see you soon guys!! Marco" Also it is not going to be that expensive if we all split it there are about thirty of us right now and still growing so that would be only like 20 dollars a person max. Keep in mind that I am about the cheapest person alive and I still think it is a good idea." Spammy G.
    • I know that Diane's group got two limos last year for their entire group (30 people) and it was only like 20 dollars each so I'm not sure you are looking at standard Limo fares. Also keep in mind the more people who do it the less it will cost for everyone individually. Pam. 96.240.105.204 ( talk) 12:31, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
      • Not really, Pam. We're not getting one limo for everyone, We need at least two limos for 30 people, if not three. If more people are riding a limo, then the amount of money decreases, but only until we need another limo. SeanMD80 talk | contribs 00:04, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
        • we would only need two 15 passenger
  • Neutral: Personally I'm sorta partial to a bandwagon, like on the oregon trail. Also consider the fact that one limo can fit about what, 10 people or less. So if 30 people are going we need to invest in more limos. bzhou. 69.249.86.192 ( talk) 14:47, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
  • Neutral: Like I said in some previous email- if you all want to do it, that's cool. But I really don't see the point and I'm not going to participate. One other thing- does this necessarily have to be everyone in or out? How about whoever wants to participate joins together and organizes it and the rest of us stalk ebay for used Conestoga wagons. Morgan Taylor Foster. 71.1.59.124 ( talk) 21:30, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
    • So I did a bit of research on limos, and who came up with the $200 rate??? For the time we would need them, limos run from about $650 to $800. Split 10 ways that means $65 to $80 per person. On top of the prom ticket and outfit. Morgan Taylor Foster. 71.1.59.124 ( talk) 22:54, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
  • Neutral: I don't think we need it, but it would be neat to have. I think we should wait until its our actual prom to worry about goin all out with limos and such things. Plus money, now how small it may seem to you guys, is a huge issue for me. NNCC
