Hi, my name is Chris Owens. I grew up in Houston, Texas in the Crestwood neighborhood. There I became interested in the 1917 Riot of Houston, which I still study to this day.

I've worked in the field of digital audio and Internet music (specifically in product quality) for most of my career, and use wikipedia to research many interests. I mostly just try to clean articles up when I find them in a poor state!
