I was born Steven McIntire Allen in Rangoon, Burma. I am licensed to practice law of the American States of
California and
New York. I practice law in
cyberspace. I taught a World Legal Systems course at
Yokohama National University. After Burma, I lived in America, then Europe, and have lived in Japan for the majority of my life since 1993. A native speaker/writer of
American English, I speak conversational
Japanese at a native level, and read and write at an intermediate level. My autobiography is
