Rosalind Baker(born 16th june) is an Australian self-help author and founder of dating agency Entre Nous.

Early life

Rosalind was born late in the Second World War in Brisbane. [1] Rosalind's father was a flying officer in the RAAF at the time [1]. Rosalind moved when she was eight to Thursday Island only to stay 18 months before moving to Cairns [1]. From Cairns, she was sent to boarding school at St. Mary's Herberton, in an old gold mining town on the Atherton Tablelands. At the age of fourteen, she was transferred to Clayfield College in Brisbane. Rosalind left school at sixteen to join her father, who had divorced, at the township of Mary Kathleen in North Queensland. [1]

Career

Rosalind began writing for a suburban newspaper as Social Writer and Women's Issues columnist before writing three published relationship books, the first being in 1989.(1) Rosalind established Entre Nous dating agency in 1991.

Personal life

Rosalind first married at 16 to Henry Taylor Smith on the 28th March 1958. Together, living in Melbourne they rasied one daughter and three sons. Rosalind and Henry divorced in 1978. Roslaind later married her current husband Thomas Alfre Baker on the 4th june 2006.
