Gallery 138 is a contemporary art gallery located in the Chelsea district of New York City. The gallery shows work ofr all disciplines, mainly working with emerging and mid-career artists to bring eloquent, intriguing and socially relevant exhibitions to the public. Artists of Gallery 138 have shown in a variety of venues within the U.S. and abroad including the Brooklyn Museum, the National Academy of Sciences, the New Museum in New York, the Studio Museum in Harlem, the Yerba BuenaCaenter for the Arts, the Tate Liverpool, and the Wadsworth Atheneum.
