Hi!
Здраво!
Привет!
I'm an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) with some 10 years of service. (geez... time flies!). During the years, I have been exposed to numerous aircraft, engines, systems, components, facilities and programs; including some that could be termed as "grey" (note for all the conspiracy theorists).
I am in my late 20s. (still hot! still hot!) Growing up, I was very interested in high performance cars and traveling the world (and chasing girls). Interest in cars waned over the years. Slack was taken up by a number of different sports: Muay Thai, Submission Grappling and Cross Fitness. I speak English and Serbian (and a few, less important others).
Wikipedia started benefiting (!) from my experience, knowledge and wisdom (?) in the mid 2010. I am very active on articles related to Russian military aviation (what we, in the industry call: Russ-aero-sexual). Notable contributions include:
Kamov Ka-50 and
Yakovlev Yak-130. Of other significance is my work on the
Sukhoi Su-27 and
Shenyang J-11 tie-up and evolution. I would highly recommend these excellent articles and insightful stories to anyone even remotely interested in the aviation industry.
My short term goal is to expand into greater Wikipedia. Long term goal is to become active within the Serbian language Wikipedia.
Although a member of some WikiProjects, I am not a very active one- my past experiences with those have led me to believe that their focus lies in tedious administration tasks, heavy-handed policing of articles and a disregard for contributors. In saying that, I hope I haven't offended anyone. :-)
For any questions and/or queries, feel free to contact me through the User Talk or an Article Talk page. Regards.
