The Florence University of the Arts also known as FUA is a higher education institution located in Florence, Italy that offers a contemporary approach to international education. FUA offers study abroad programs for international students and has six educational institutions ranging from hospitality to the arts. FUA has six buildings located throughout Florence that house the different departments and colleges. The six buildings are: Palazzo Bombicci Guicciardini Strozzi: lecture rooms for the School of Arts and Sciences, Journalism and Publishing, and Apicius International School of Hospitality. Palazzo Doni, offers schools of DIVA Digital Imaging and Visual Arts, IDEAS Interior Design, Environmental Architecture and Sustainability, and School of Journalism, Communication and Publishing. Palazzo Ramirez Montalvo is head quarters for SQuola's Italian Language and culture programs and the Center for Contemporary Italian Studies. FAST is the school of Fashion and Accessories Studies and Technologies studies. Apicius is the School of Food and Wine Studies. Ganzo is a cafe restaurant style that offers students an opportunity to serve and understand organizations throughout hospitality.

Florence University of the Arts offers undergraduate and graduate programs. The undergraduate programs are four years and complete a general education and specific study. The graduate program is a yearlong program focusing in Organizational Management, summer Hospitality apprenticeships, and other customized programs in many areas. As well as career resources and enrichment programs. Enrichment programs are non-credited programs that consist of seminars and classes open to students or visitors. FUA works with affiliated American institutions for the direct acceptance of credits and for students from non-affiliated institutions, US credit is issued through Palazzi’s School of Record, the University of South Florida. Florence University of the Arts is accredited by the Region of Tuscany, delegated by the Ministry of Education which was established in 2005.

FUA offers many student activities and opportunities. Students can get be a member of Ganzo, the school's meal program; they can engage in service learning opportunities, Italian language exchange and participate in excursions throughout Italy and other parts of Europe.
