The Autonomous mobile Robot as a Remedial tool for Autistic children (AuRoRA) Project is a company that studies how robots can be used as an educational and therapeutic tool for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs). It is currently supported by the University of Hertfordshire and collaborates with several schools in the Hertfordshire and Essex areas. The project takes a therapeutic approach to treating ASDs by using robots in order to help children develop communication and interaction skills.
