Biochemist working on genome editing therapies for genetic diseases and consulting on global policy. Currently living in Northern California, but I have spent time in Hawaii, Rhode Island and Connecticut for school, work and play (not necessarily in that order). Mostly interested in making Wikipedia more accurate about recent advances in genomics and the people that are contributing to the field, and other areas of interest including climate change, global policy, remote sensing and urbanism. Inspiration for starting to edit Wikipedia articles: too many times thinking "Man, I bet there's a better citation for that." I also like travel, cartoons, cycling, water sports, mochi and movies so forgive me if I dabble outside of my scientific bubble!
