Madagaskar Joints AG is a madagascan-caribbean multinational conglomerate corporation incorporated in the Cayman Islands and headquartered Antananarivo, Madagascar.

Founded in 1921 by french nickel traders as Navire nickel compagnie in French Madagascar, the company divested its nickel trade business in the mid-1960s and started to manufactur medical joints. Its largest customer is France, Madagascars largest exporter.

Corporate affairs

The company is the largest manufacturer for pre-made joints in Africa and one of the largest suppliers to Europe. In 1973 the company founded Air High, a cargo airline, which exclusivly transports its shipments. Due to successful turnovers, especially in the 1960s and 1970s, the company has started to diversify its assets mainly by investing much of its profits through the Madagaskaner Investments divison.

The company is dual-listed on the NYSE and the LSE respectivly.
