Louie Inc. is an American conglomerate founded by Louie Duck and headquartered in Duckburg. Established in 2018, Louie Inc. was created with inspiration Scrooge McDucks own company, McDuck Enterprises. It had many failed product lines through its several subsidiaries.

History

Louie Inc. was founded by Louie Duck on August 20, 2018. It was incorporated in 2019. It was established with the tagline "Adventure is our Business." The company was made with inspiration from Scrooge McDuck's own company McDuck Enterprises. The founding caused much confusion by many members of the Duck family.

Ventures

On November 17, 2018, Louie Inc. started the subsidiary "Harp-be-Gone!" to deal with Duckburgs problem with Harpies. The company had three employees, Huey Duck, Webby Vanderquack, and Storkules. During a business meeting at Funso's Fun Zone, an outbreak of Harpies. One of its employees, Storkules, immediately solved the problem, giving Harp-be-Gone! recognition. Harp-be-Gone! then proved successful, with many in Duckburg using its services.

Controversies

The companies founder, Louie Duck, has been known for his excessive laziness and "scheming" his way to the top. This has mainly worked against him.
