Notability

What makes a station notable? Here are my standards that make a station meet WP:BCAST:

  • It is licensed by the NTC.
  • Its callsign is listed in a recent NTC listing.

These are optional, but it strengthens a station's notability:

  • It originates some programming.
  • A personality works in the said station.

What if a station is not licensed by the NTC?

  • The latter two are needed for notability.

Whether or not WP:BCAST is a vetted notability guideline, it has been used in conjunction with WP:BCASTOUTCOMES (and even WP:GNG) for years.

Put its Callsign first, the <phrase>, its Brand Name and so on.
