BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PUBLISH:
I started writing an article on a conlang I made
here but I also noticed that you cant advertise or self promote and have independent sources and I was wondering if posting an article like this would be considered self promotion or not and how I could incorporate independent sources.

Dekvu is a conlang created by Wikipedia user Osric the Brash. Dekvu has a unique writing system, loosely resembling something runic and is what the language's creator calls an 'alphabugida'—a cross between an alphabet, where there is a symbol for each consonant and vowel, and an abugida, where the vowels act like diacritics to a consonant. The syllable structure is roughly (C)(V)(C) and while usually a diacritic, vowels are not necessarily attached to a consonant
Aliens, Vikings, Indigenous Tribes in what is today Eastern Canada, and Lost Crusaders face war, civil war, rebellion, and decay of liberal politics.
The letters without a link are the transliterated version of each letter. Asterisks indicate the sound is not used on its own and instead is used only in conjunction with other sounds.

Kinda similar to English grammar, but negation, ownership, compounding, conjugation, and antonyms cause the word order to change. Also, no gender [a] as in there is no word for 'sister' or 'brother', only a word meaning 'sibling'.
In Dekvu, each syllable has its own meaning and can function as a single syllable word. Some individual letters can do this too. Within a word, due to the agglutinative nature of Dekvu, syllables contribute their own meaning into the word as a whole.
