Background:

Agnes Nandutu is a Ugandan television presenter known as NTV. she is in this case a journalist.

she is a political reporter on this very television and a speaker of the people's parliament. Agnes was born in Bunamayaka village, in a subcounty known as Bulecheke

in Budaka district. She is a mother of two children, two girls and five boys. [1]

Education and career:

She went to Bumwalye primary school, Bululo Girls and Bulucheke senior secondary school.

she got her inspiration to join journalism by watching renowned news reporters like Toya Kilama woho worked at UTV.

Agnes started her first career at Radio Uganda in 1997 as A free Launcher. she also worked with both Monitor publications and UTV, in 2002

and in 2008 she was offered a job as a political news reporter at NTV. [2]



Achievements:

She was given an award for the best entertainment program at Edutainment Africa Awards for the television segment at point blank in 2009
