Michael Pugh (born 21 September 1958), also known as Peter Boker or Peter "Zip" Boker, was the original lead singer of the band Cardiacs from 1977 to 1980. He performed on the band's first two releases under the name Cardiac Arrest: their debut single " A Bus for a Bus on the Bus" (1979) and part of their demo album The Obvious Identity (1980).
