Ask and It Is Given is a book about the Law of Attraction. It's author are Esther Hicks and Jerry Hicks.

The text of the book is said to have been written by Esther Hicks as Abraham, her spirit guide spoke to her.

The book teaches the philosophy that whatever one thinks, one attracts into his life. Thus, human beings create circumstances with the help of the thoughts they think every moment. It does not matter if thoughts are conscious or unconscious - they manifest anyway.

According to the book, the poor remain poor because they keep thinking thoughts of being poor everyday. If the poor start thinking thoughts of being rich, they will become rich. Alternately, the book says that any circumstance exists, because the person in question intended it.

The book lists 22 processes to use thoughts to manifest reality.
