Reliance Industries Limited has a wide range of products from petroleum products, petrochemicals, to garments (under the brand name of Vimal), Reliance Retailing has also lately entered into the fresh foods market as Reliance Fresh
It is headed by Dhirubhai's son, Chairman Mukesh Ambani.
As of July 2007 Reliance Industries has been looking for a new refinery in the US or Central America as the region has a major market for petroleum products. But Central America is a better option as the environmental norms there are not as stringent as in the US. [3]
