Myrtle Mae Larson (1906 - 1966) descendent of the Knight Humphrey le Heyr born c. 1221 of Bromham, Wiltshire, England married to Galaicia Foljambe.

A descendant of John Ayer, Senior of Salisbury, Wiltshire, England son of Thomas Eyre (Ayer) and Elizabeth Rogers, who was married to Hannah Evered in 1620, in Cockfield, Durhamshire, England, she also of Salisbury Wiltshire, England, John and Hannah were the first to receive land grant No. 52 of the original 71 plots of the plantations

Myrtle Mae Larson, born the 3rd of October 1906, in Freeborn Township, Freeborn County Minnesota, is a direct descendant of the '4th Earl of Derby', Sir Henry Stanley who had been married first to Margaret Clifford, 'Countess of Derby' a descendant of Lady Frances Brandon, 'Lady Grey', 3rd in-line to the throne of England, through Jane Halsall.

Sir Henry Stanley descends from Sir John Stanley, II, Lord of the Isle of Mann and King of the Isle of Mann. Sir John Stanley II, 'Earl of Derby', is the son of the titular 'King of Mann', sovereign and Constable of Windsor Castle, as well as Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Sir John Stanley I who is the son of the Master-Forester, of Forest of Wirral, Sir William V de Stanley.

Myrtle born on the plains of what was once the French Territory having changed hands during several battles, eventually become ceded land by the Ojibway Tribe of North America, was a descendant of a first generation Norwegian named Anton Edvard Larson who arrived from Putten, Norway on the ship the City of Antwerp he was married to Alma Amelia Ayars in 1887.

Myrtle embodied the traditions of a pioneer woman on the plains. Staying close to her family, attending church as did her Grandfather John Wister Ayers, as recorded.

To help support the family, Myrtle would pick onions on a farm in Southern Minnesota, near the county line.

Alma was the daughter of John Wister Ayars born 28 April 1868 Freeborn, Freeborn County, Minnesota and Mary Bowen Davis, daughter of Jeremiah Bond Davis born in Shiloh, Cumberland, New Jersey died in Trenton, Freeborn, Minnesota and Phebe Ann Bowen.

Jeremiah traveled to Freeborn County, Minnesota to marry Mary Bowen Davis on the 22nd of June 1843, did die on the 3rd of April 1890, at Freeborn County, Minnesota and is buried at the Seven Day Baptist Cemetery in Freeborn, Freeborn County, Minnesota. These were first settlers and farmers of the ceded territory by the Ojibway Tribe.

Immigrant ancestors are Robert Ayars born March 1640, Bishops's Cleeve, Tewkesbury Borough, Gloucestershire, England, dying on the 14th of January 1719, Fairton, Cumberland County, New Jersey, buried at Holly Corner Cemetery, Fairton, Cumberland County, New Jersey and Katherine Taylor born in c. 1642, died 22 February 1684 and who lays to rest in the Common Burying Ground of Newport, Newport County, Rhode Island. the descendant of an original settler to the Minnesota territory.

Mrytle Mae Larson was the wife of Joseph Orin Trogstad the son of Christian Haagenson, of Akershus a first generation Norwegian from Norway and Mina Luella Mickelson, a second generation Norwegian.
