Integrated Biometrics develops and manufactures FBI-certified fingerprint biometric sensors. The company has developed a patented light emitting sensor (LES) film that that improves speed, size, weight, ease-of-use, and durability for fingerprint sensors when compared to optical- or silicon-based sensors. This technology combines with adaptive circuits and identification algorithms to create thinner, more reliable fingerprint sensors. The company reports that its products directly address the shortcomings of other fingerprint sensor technologies, such as dry fingerprints or scanners that must operate in direct sunlight.

Integrated Biometrics currently ships products that are 95% smaller than comparable optical scanners. These offerings have been certified to FBI Appendix F level, including FAP 45 two-finger direct and single-finger roll scans.
