Hello, I am Lennart Guldbrandsson, former Fellow of the Wikimedia Foundation and chair of Wikimedia Sverige, author of " Så fungerar Wikipedia", and hopelessly late in getting an account on English Wikipedia. On Swedish Wikipedia, where I usually hang out, I am known as Hannibal. It was there that I wrote the somewhat famous essay about raising the quality of Swedish Wikipedia.
