This is a list of articles which are not tagged with any category mentioning 'magazine' and whose only illustrations are images which have at least one category tag which ends with 'magazine_covers'.

Although there isn't much directly special about these conditions from a fair use perspective, it is believe that the motivation for making a false fair use claim is greatest when we do not have any other images. If this is true we should expect to find an increased number of incorrect fair use claims among these pages.

A few magazines may have slipped into the list, because the categories failed to identify them as such. That should be corrected on the articles.
