Visual Welcome in Process

Interested in any suggestions to simplify or otherwise help newbies; Wikipedia can be a challenge to learn so this is an attempt to help those who join and have little else to go on besides a Welcome message.

I am hoping to call this Visual Welcome and hope to get help separating some of the coding from the original welcome template and then test this.

Remember to always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes ~~~~ at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your EITHER "signature" OR "IP address", a link to this (EITHER "this IP's" OR "your" talk) page, and a timestamp.

Sincerely, ~~~ ~~~~~   (Leave me a message)
