I have started actively sharing my own create visual, high-quality content for users on Wikipedia Commons. Indeed, my effort on Wikipedia is very tiny, but I will do more to share high-quality, considerable and valuable content with readers.

Initially, I am a martial arts instructor. I have wrote a book " WING CHUN," the evolutionary science of self-defense, combat, and human performance. I have even published many articles on other blogs about the importance of self-defense. As a doctor, I have trained many martial artists and MMA fighters, like Erik Paulson, Curtis Millender and Pearl Gonzalez.
