Intuition Ale Works is a craft brewery in Jacksonville, Florida. It was founded in 2008.

History

Intuition Ale Works was founded by Ben Davis. Davis, a Jacksonville native, worked in California's Sonoma County wine industry from 2002 to 2008, and developed an interest in craft beer and homebrewing while there. Upon returning to Jacksonville in 2008, he took courses on brewing from the Siebel Institute and initiated plans to start his own brewery. He founded Intuition in 2010, leasing a warehouse in the Riverside and Avondale neighborhood. Brewing commenced brewing in October of that year. It was one of the first in a wave of craft breweries to open in Jacksonville over the next several years. ^{[1] [2]}
