Idera Software (a division of BBS Technologies, Inc. [2]) is a computer software provider, headquartered in Houston, Texas and founded in 2004. Idera is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner [3] and develops, sells, and supports tools for Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, and Windows PowerShell [4].

In June, 2010 Idera Software acquired iDevFactory [5], to increase tools for SharePoint security [6].
