Tregaye Fraser Wright (born September 6, 1984) [1] [2] [3] is an American chef.

Professional History

Chef Tregaye Wright (Fraser) trained at Le Cordon Bleu. [4] She is the winner of the 12th season of the Food Network television series Food Network Star. She competed and won several episodes of Cutthroat Kitchen and Guy's Grocery Games, was featured on Best Thing I Ever Ate (7 episodes) and All-Star Best Thing I Ever Ate (2020). She's made appearances on broadcast talk shows from Steve Harvey to Good Morning America. [5]

Chef Tregaye was a judge on Food Network Star Kids, and Man vs. Chef, and Food Network's Grill of Victory.

She also co-hosted Season 2 of Kitchen Sink. In 2021, Fraser starred in her own stand-and-stir series, Tregaye's Way in the Kitchen. The series was produced by OWN and is on Discovery+. [6] She also hosted Food Network's Cakealikes.

Wright is a cookbook author of her memoir/recipes titled, “Kitchen Conversations with Chef Tregaye Fraser.” She launched a digital series of the same title, with celebrity guest appearances from CeeLo Green, Kalen Allen, Monti Carlo, and more.

She runs a catering company, Chef Tregaye N Company, in Atlanta, Georgia, and hosts regular virtual cooking classes for clients.
