Reduction in size?
This template is quite large on a normal 1024x768 monitor. I just redesigned the {{
University of Oklahoma}} template (basing it off of {{
Johnny Cash}}). Would anybody be against be converting it to the same format? I'll work on it in my userspace tomorrow so you can see it before a possible implementation.↔

Take a look at
User:Nmajdan/Test1 and let me know what you think. You can set a parameter so one dropdown stays down (on that page, the Athletics dropdown will always be down).↔

I honestly don't know. I tried adding an image to the OU one I made but the dropdowns covered it up. I'll ask some other template makers if they know how to add an image. Is the image a deal-breaker?↔

Ok, I added the image. What do you think? Can I go ahead and use it?↔

I'm impatient, I apologize. I went ahead and replaced the template with the new design. If you don't like, you can revert. I am updating all the articles to have the automatic dropdown. If the template is reverted, it shouldn't effect those pages.↔

I like it! Thanks for the work!

So it figures that a week after I rewrite this template, they would go and change the way drop downs are done. I finally got around to figuring out the change. I have made the change to {{
University of Oklahoma}} and I will make the change to this template sometime next week. If somebody else wants to tackle the change before then, you can see the changes made to the OU template
here.↔

Expanding Campus Section
Seeing how some notable campus buildings are not linked on the template while others are listed but not linked, I don't see why these following buildings can't be listed under the campus tab:
I have thought of removing the Hook 'em Horns logo from this University box because it takes up a lot of room. If removed, there would be a lot more space for text to fill the right side. Any thoughts? --

Turns out the removal of the sign was not necessary as I was able to conserve a lot of space by reverting to a template structure consistent with most other universities'. The previous one was hard to scan, having to open up hidden boxes to view subcategory items. I think this one is more concise, the sign is smaller, and I have inserted categories consistent with other universities'. Best --

This template does not match similar templates that were modeled after this one. It was one of the first to have pull downs. While the current version does save space and display all links, if used correctly, the Template will focus on only similar articles in the respective pull down. The
University of Virgina Template is huge but if the only pull down is shown with like articles, more information and similar articles can be included.

Can we move the recently added Bevo and Hook 'em to History? I think still applicable, and looks odd with only two things in a Traditions cat. --
