Elections and Referendums Template‑class

This template is within the scope of WikiProject Elections and Referendums, an ongoing effort to improve the quality of, expand upon and create new articles relating to elections, electoral reform and other aspects of democratic decision-making. I propose that this template be merged into Template:Turkish elections. Leaving it out of there makes no sense, and only serves to obfuscate the elections linked here. If they're not merged, then Template:Turkish elections should be renamed "Turkish direct elections", since there's no other reason for these indirect elections to not be there.
