Family section

@ Randy Kryn: Not sure if there is specific guidance on this, but I didn't think nephews are considered distant. Maybe great-nieces are, but even that is not very distant and Anthony is her namesake ( Susan B. Anthony II). By some definitions, they are immediate family. Although I did see the Template:Family that lists nephews in second-degree relatives. IMHO, I'm not sure second/third degree relatives are too distant for this template. Regardless, thanks for starting this template. It's hard to believe it wasn't started before 2018! TJMSmith ( talk) 20:16, 8 March 2021 (UTC) reply

Hi TJMSmith. In my memory nieces and nephews are seldom placed on templates, although there are some that do list them (some U.S. presidential templates include them). Others would have to weigh in on this point, but I'd still hold that an activists nephews are out-of-template range. A great-niece seems too distant, probably for most editors, even if named for the template principal. And you're welcome, although there are many templates yet to be designed, including some of the most famed individuals. It's interesting to put one together, especially for large templates, as a certain flow of historical events and otherwise related entries seems needed in order to present a coherent storyline. I haven't felt the urge to put together any major larger templates in awhile, but usually scratch around at what's already there. Thanks for working on Wikipedia's template-field, one of the least respected by some (especially with those navbox cages, I just removed one which only held two templates!).
