Trimming
This template is way too big, and full of non-existent links. Have I mentioned how enormously huge it is? Much, much too big. Much. --

It is, indeed, in need of massive cleanup. However, for a technical reason, I'm going to remove the cleanup tag. It appears on pages using the template and directs users at that page's talk page. It looks like it is saying that the page itself needs a rewrite. Very confusing. --

Actually, I've just put it inside the table. The link to the talk page is still wrong, but I think it's a better solution. --

I think this template should be trimmed both in style and in substance. To make it smaller and more clear, I propose that only links to articles be listed alphabetically. This would eliminate the sorting of links and extra descriptions. Also, I think the "Other Sex acts" section should be split into its own template, and the "Sources of sex positions" section removed entirely. Does anyone have any objections or other recommendations?

Proposed move of material from template sex
In
template talk:sex#Move specific sex acts to template sex positions there is a proposal to move the material about specific sexual acts from that template to this one. If you wish to participate in that discussion, please comment there. (Please do not discuss it here, so we can keep the discussion organized.) Thank you.
