A term can be both a religious and an ethnic slur and if it is religious and "disparaging" then it is a religious slur (and may also be an ethnic slur):

• Shegetz - according to dictionary.com is a) "Often Disparaging" and b) has a secondary definition that is explicitly religious ie "a term used by an observant Jew to refer to a Jewish man who is not religious or is ignorant of Judaism.."

In any case, once again, templates are tools for navigation across wikipedia articles, not for definitions. If you wand to put a term in the template, first thing you must make suree that the corresponding information is in the article: there is no place for references in templates. The point is that the terms are religious, either in their primary or secondary definitions, and are all disparaging so they belong in the template. I believe the information is also in the articles (in most cases I read the WP articles before adding the terms to the template).
