The link to the Missouri gambling site is now out of date and needs to be updated.
Japan section reads as though it was written by the gambling industry - quotes of 160% returns are 'citation needed'.
All 50?
I'm guessing some of these links are red because casinos aren't permitted under state law. Is it preferable to show all 50 stats anyway, or should we clean out those who can't reasonably be expected to have casinos under present law? --

As far as I know you need to take this to {{
United States topic}} which is what generates the list and is standard for topics like this. If you could leave states off, then someone will need to add them if a casino is approved. I could not find a way using that template to not include specific states. In a case like this, one could argue that the red link is very informative if it means casinos are not allowed.
