Concepts?

The Chinese and Indian philosophy templates now both have sections for important concepts. I think it would be helpful if this template had one too. However, I know next to nothing of Islamic philosophy, so I would feel less than up-to the task for devising a list. Who wants to brainstorm? Dan Cottrell ( talk) 18:25, 25 June 2012 (UTC) reply

Preliminary list: ‘Ilm, Ijtihad, I'jaz, Ummah, Qiyas, Maslaha, Haal, Nafs, Irfan, Qadar, Shura, Ijma, Tawhid, and Asabiyyah. Again, I'm not an expert, I just consulted a few glossaries in some books I have and some wikipedia pages to come up with the list. I'd love some input. Ok, I'm going to add it as is. I'd love for feedback, though. Dan Cottrell ( talk) 18:23, 13 July 2012 (UTC) reply

Relevancy of Theologians?

This template is about Islamic philosophy. As such, I think the theologians should have a separate template. Looking forward to any comments, but lumping theologians and philosophers together is incorrect, as many times, the theologians themselves were opposed to the philosophers. -- Khodabandeh14 ( talk) 12:02, 1 November 2010 (UTC) reply

Ibn Taymiyyah

Ibn Taymiyyah oppose every kind of philosophical thinking, then how can we include him in this template! He would not agree if he were alive now. In the other word, if the template include Ibn Taymiyyah, then why it does not include Ibn Hanbal, Abu Hanifah, etc?-- Seyyed( t- c) 15:36, 16 May 2014 (UTC) reply
