Mexico Template‑class

I am trying to make a template that will create a box to list most, of not all, of the over 1500 historic buildings that are in the center of Mexico City alone. I want to create pages or at least stubs of many of them, with pictures but I do not want to create a bunch of orphaned pages. I figure having a template on the Centro page and on the pages of each of the historic buildings would prevent the orphan problem from happening.

I sort of copied the navigation box Template:Mexico_State and tried to edit it ... but as you can see it didnt work out well. My coding skills are not good and it took me 3 days to get this far.
