Notes

The Ottomans

I feel like Turkey should be added to this template. Despite the fact that they were a power in decline they were nevertheless a Great Power that remained highly involved with the international politics of the time. In addition they held colonies in Africa during the scramble (In Libya), and were a major part of the alliance system that led to the Great War.
