I happened upon the wikipedia.de version of this template, and I liked how they added the Wyoming Territory governors, so I worked one up for us User:CosmicPenguin/Sandbox/New Governor Template2 (I also made one almost identical to the german version: User:CosmicPenguin/Sandbox/New Governor Template, but I think the first way works best).
