Showing

Is it possible to show both the Governors and the Lieutenant Governors sections at once when including this template in an article? It would be useful to show both rows in articles about individuals who have served in both roles, Qqqqqq ( talk) 05:51, 2 June 2009 (UTC) reply

Additions-

I added John Catlin and Orland Loomis to the template. 1- John Catlin continued to be acting governor of Wisconsin Territory that portion of the territory not admitted to the union when Wisconsin was admitted. Catlin continued to be acting governor of Wisconsin Territory until Minnesota Territory was formed. He called a special election for the Congressional Delegate from Wisconsin Territory and Henry Hastings Sibley was elected and took office. 2- Orland Steen Loomis was elected Governor of Wisconsin in 1942 but died before he took office. I came across a template about the Erie Canal Commissioners, a constitutional New York state office in the 19th century. One of the commissioners died before he took office and was listed in the template with a note he died before he took office. I looked at the Erie Canal Commissioners template and felt the change could be done. Thank you- RFD ( talk) 12:19, 17 February 2014 (UTC) reply
