All monasteries in the "Armenia" section are designated as Armenian in individual articles in WP. Why are they showing as Georgian here?

Yes, the "Armenia" section is very problematic. Most if not all were built and used by Chalcedonian Armenians, not Georgians or the Georgian church. We need solid third-party sources saying they're Georgian. ----
