The template was pretty oil/gas and renewable focused. I made some minor tweaks to provide a broader context

  • Spun off governmental agencies from "organizations" and added electricity oriented ones
  • Added a few more trade associations to the organizational list
  • Added Federal Power Act to policy.
  • Removed Obama's SOTU from template. I just don't see it as a defining speech for energy policy, and the article itself is pretty short on details.
