The template is made with {{ Europe topic}}. Kazakhstan is one of several countries which are both in {{ Asia topic}} and {{ Europe topic}} so everybody can see them where they expect to. Economy of Kazakhstan#External links has both. There is not a clear boundary between the continents. See Boundaries between the continents of Earth#Europe and Asia. Some might say Europe is actually an Asian peninsula and not a continent, but the system was made by Europeans so that is not happening. PrimeHunter ( talk) 17:45, 22 June 2019 (UTC) reply
