I removed the first few names from template, as these men never managed the Detroit Tigers. Some managed other teams, and at least one other, never managed at all. Neonblak 11:09, 16 July 2007 (UTC) reply

They are all named as Detroit Tigers managers at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detroit_Tigers_managers_and_ownership

Is this page also incorrect?

  • The fact that they were in the Western League isn't sourced at that page, nor is it in the article. Besides, the Western League was not a major league, so it makes it appear that they were major league managers when they were only managers of a minor league team.
