Æthelred's First Wife Information
I've linked the article on
Ælfgifu of York, first wife of Æthelred the Unready and mother of Edmund Ironside. However, the displayed name shows her as "Ælfflaed" and I haven't changed that because I don't understand it - Is it right, is this another name for Ælfgifu? If so her article probably needs updating.
