Reverts without explanation?

There have been a few reverts without explanation. Back in May, two editors took out some unexplained custom formatting, going back to the more standard formatting used in other templates. Then I removed the link to Corporation for Education Network Initiatives in California (CENIC). I could not find any evidence that CENIC is tied to this campus. All the Cal State and UC system schools should be connected, but then it should go in those system templates. The address given for CENIC is in La Mirada, which is not near San Bernadino (except for same part of the state). In fact, the article on CSUSB does not even mention CENIC. So what is the justification for it to be in the template? And why is the non-standard formatting needed? Generally it is courtesy to include edit summaries that give at least some indication of why a change was reverted. Thanks. W Nowicki ( talk) 21:29, 17 June 2013 (UTC) reply
