Kurt Warner is RETIRED!! He is no longer on the Cardinals Active roster according to the official Arizone Cardinals Website. I was trying to remove him but its blocked or something.
Rejected He has yet to be placed on reserve/retired. All he has done is announce his retirement; no official paperwork has been filed and he still counts against the Cardinals' 80-man roster limit. Whether or not he's still listed on the "official" (it's only an unofficial roster compiled by their PR department) roster has no bearing on the situation. The template was protected because there were many editors trying to make this change.

But wasn't
Deuce McAllister removed from the Saints roster in the playoffs before he officially retired, he had just announced he was done? or did he do his paperwork quickly? Or was that a special situation?
