Communities vs. subdivisions

Would there be objection to splitting the "unincorporated communities" section of this template in two, to separate out the subdivisions (Key West, Glenmore, River Run, &c.) from those things that are not? The only problem I'd see with this is that there are many more subdivisions we'd want to include. But then why aren't those included as-is? Any thoughts? -- B.S. Nationwide, we list all unincorporated communities together, except for (in most states, but not in Virginia) census-designated places. I don't think splitting is a good idea here, both for that reason and because there's no clear and obvious way to say "this is a subdivision, that isn't".
