I'd argue that RV Hero isn't a shipwreck, Looking at the dictionary definition ( Oxford, Cambridge) they say "at sea". Hero, an unseaworthy broken old hulk finally sinking while tied up in port does not seem, to me, to be anything like a shipwreck.
