Sort order

The convention is that, for example, McDonald, MacDonald, and Macdonald, is always sorted as "Macdonald".Schwede66 21:31, 23 January 2017 (UTC)reply
Had a look for the relevant guideline and it turns out that I'm wrong (or the guideline has change since I last looked at it), but
