Have new group line above presidential elections
Since the presidential and parliamentary elections take place at the same time, I think we should have a new group line above the presidential and parliamentary ones that are just general elections. Maybe have the link for general elections go to either
Elections in Rwanda or
General election, or something else. Would look something like:
This template's initial visibility currently defaults to autocollapse, meaning that if there is another collapsible item on the page (a
navbox, sidebar, or
table with the collapsible attribute), it is hidden apart from its title bar; if not, it is fully visible.
To change this template's initial visibility, the |state=parameter may be used:
{{Rwandan elections|state=collapsed}} will show the template collapsed, i.e. hidden apart from its title bar.
{{Rwandan elections|state=expanded}} will show the template expanded, i.e. fully visible.
Seem like an unnecessary complication. In other countries with similar cases, we simply have the year link on both line. Cf
Template:Serbian elections for example. --

Agreed, I don't think this is a good idea.

Alight makes sense, probably right especially since other Templates do the same and that it would be an unnecessary complication.
